Sarah founded Hexford Talent in 2018 after twelve years in senior recruitment leadership at Robert Walters and Page Executive. She leads the firm's executive search practice and works closely with founders and CEOs across the firm's specialisms.
Anya Petrova
Anya leads Hexford's Data and AI practice from our Edinburgh office. She previously built the data engineering practice at a global executive search firm and has placed senior ML and data leaders into scale-ups and enterprises across the UK and EMEA.
Marcus Chen
Marcus heads up Hexford's Technology practice. With fifteen years recruiting senior engineering leadership for high-growth businesses, he is the partner founders most often want to talk to when they're hiring their first VP Engineering or rebuilding a senior technical team.
Priya Shah
Priya leads our Financial Services practice covering risk, compliance, and regulatory hiring across banking, asset management, and insurance. Before joining Hexford in 2020, she spent eight years in second-line compliance at a tier-one investment bank, giving her unusual depth on both sides of the hiring conversation.
James Holloway
James leads our Change and Transformation practice from Manchester. He works primarily with senior interims and transformation directors and is the person clients call when they need credible programme leadership at short notice for high-stakes change.
Olivia Bennett
Olivia is a Principal Consultant in our Technology practice, focused on senior engineering and product leadership hiring for Series B-C companies. She joined Hexford in 2022 from a leading specialist tech agency and has placed VPs and Heads of Engineering across many of London's most prominent scale-ups.
